Resonance is a 75-minute private yoga session that is intimately customized to honor your unique physical and energetic needs. The interweaving of slow and gentle intuitive movement, hands-on Reiki energy healing, breathwork, yogic philosophy, and sacred sound is a potent combination providing a deeply transformative, inwardly healing practice that harmonizes the mind, body, and soul. It is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
In this meditative session together, we will bring our focus within, ground into our bodies, release energetic blockages, and welcome in a sense of empowered embodiment by returning to our unique frequency and vibration. Various sound healing instruments will be used throughout the session, and we will end with a sacred mantra.
After creating space in our bodies and our minds, you will leave this session feeling energetically aligned, reconnected, grounded, and deeply relaxed. With this marriage of ancient traditions, together we will attune to an inner resonance of peace that ripples outward into the greater whole.
Please arrive to your session with a yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything else you need to feel comfortable- crystals, a blanket, etc.
